location was great with nice views. the bedroom was comfy, and breakfast was great also valet parking too. they provide a chauffeur service when requested i enjoyed it. nespresso coffee on the private terrace was perfect.
air conditioning in the room was not working. this made it uncomfortable during the night. i think this need improve.

ski equipment storage is convenient due to lockers being available. also, the ski shop is very close, a short distance away. breakfast options included an amazing selection of cookies and cakes plus other goods.

the room had a nice balcony with good views from it. i found it cute and very suitable for our needs. the lobby bar was nearby i enjoyed wine and charcuterie there.

the ski lift access was easy, located right next to the hotel. i could ski to the back door of the hotel ski shop. storing my skis and boots there was super convenient. the hotel bar had live music, which i enjoyed a lot.
i noticed the room service menu had limited options.

the breakfast buffet offered a lot of variety, including both hot and cold options. i could get eggs cooked to order, and there was a good selection of pastries and fresh fruit. the coffee machine made excellent cappuccinos.

the staff provided a very professional service and addressed all my needs promptly. restaurant reservations, very helpful. the front desk staff was efficient and friendly at all times.

the spa offered a relaxing environment after a day of skiing. i used the sauna and the steam room, and both were very clean. the gym had modern equipment including treadmills. stationary bikes.

The hotel boasts a ski shop in the basement. Storing ski equipment there is very convenient. Proximity to cage lifts makes access super quick. Rooms include well-equipped features.
One evening, the bar had no rosé available.

Staff members were friendly. I found the team always helpful. Attentive staff helped in the ski shop. Valets deal with parking and shuttle, these were the best members of staff.

Breakfast was good. I found it varied and generous. The bar staff made excellent cocktails. Classy entertainment occurred in the bar. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to restaurants.

the furnishing quality was wonderful. service ensured the bedroom remained clean and tidy.
The television in my room lacked network or internet connectivity. this limitation prevented online streaming. i was offered a shower room post-skiing. it proved to be merely a shower cubicle offering little space for changing. the water ran cold and the room contained soiled towels, a broken soap dispenser, a faulty shower lever, and a missing shower head holder.
